Michael J. Kerschner, Chairman & Director - Mr. Kerschner is currently President  & CEO of Gillmor Financial Services, Inc. and was previously President & CEO of Old Fort Banking Corporation and Gillmor Financial Services. He has been Chairman of the Community Bankers Association of Ohio for two terms and a Trustee of Heidelberg College. Mr. Kerschner is a Director of Great Lakes Bankers Bank in Gahanna, Ohio and South Louisiana Business Bank in Gonzales, Louisiana.

Lupe DeLaCruz, Director - Mr. DeLaCruz, a longtime resident of Lehigh Acres, is founder, owner and CEO of DeLaCruz Dry Wall Plastering & Stucco, Inc., DeLaCruz Enterprises Inc, Grand Rental Station and DeLaCruz Properties, LLC. He is involved with Lehigh Community Services and is President of Lee Boulevard Baptist Church.

Dr. George Kidd, Director - Dr. Kidd is President Emeritus and Professor of Economics at Tiffin University in Ohio where he served as President for twenty years. He has been a member of the Old Fort Banking Company for seventeen years and a Director of Gillmor Financial Services since its founding.  He is currently Vice Chair of Gillmor Financial Services.

John S. Kimbell, Director - Mr. Kimbell is a Financial Representative with Alliance Financial Group in Ft. Myers, Fl. He is the former President  & CEO of Vermont Gas Systems where he led the company of 40,000 customers and 100 employees for eleven years. Mr. Kimbell is a Junior Achievement of SWFL volunteer, a member of the FGCU Booster Club and a Guardian Ad Litem. He is a graduate of the Lee County Sheriff's Office Citizens Academy.

Dianne Gillmor Krumsee, Vice Chair & Director - Ms. Krumsee is currently Chairman of Gillmor Financial Services and an owner. She is Chair of The Old Fort Banking Company, a subsidiary of Gillmor Financial Services. She is a member of the First Baptist Church of Grantville, Ohio and serves on their Endowment Fund.  Ms. Krumsee is an active volunteer for Creative Living, a nonprofit organization that provides housing and encourages independent living for severely physically disabled adults.

John McWilliams, Director - Mr. McWilliams has been an active realtor in Lehigh for over twenty-five years. He currently is owner of McWilliams Buckley & Associates Real Estate. He recently served as Community Member on the News Press Editorial Board. Mr. McWilliams is a past Director of the Lehigh Acres Chamber of Commerce and alumni of many civic endeavors.  

Karen R. Makowski, President and CEO - Ms. Makowski has over thirty years of successfully leading financial service organizations as large as $13 billion with more than 8500 employees, as well as small enterprises. She has served on more than fifty non-profit boards and associations. Mrs. Makowski currently serves on the Board of the Lehigh Acres Chamber of Commerce, Suncoast Woman’s Forum, and is campaign co-chair for the new Hope Hospice Home in Lehigh Acres.

Judy R. Miller, Director - Ms. Miller is Vice President for Community & Employee Relations at Roppe Holding Company and co-owner. This firm owns and operates several manufacturing facilities in Ohio, Alabama and Florida along with a local good news only newspaper and an AM/FM radio station in Fostoria, Ohio. Ms. Miller’s community involvement includes the Greater Fostoria Community Foundation Board, the Ritz Theatre Board, the Zero Tolerance Drug Task Force Committee in Fostoria, Ohio, and the Hancock County Port Authority Board in Findlay, Ohio.

Anthony Paradiso, Director - Mr. Paradiso is a partner in Majestic Golf Course. He is involved with several businesses and real estate investments in Lehigh and Lee County. He was a member of the Society of Financial Service Professionals and Life Member of the Million Dollar Round Table with designations as a Charter Life Underwriter and Charter Financial Consultant. 

J. Nathan Stout, Secretary & Director - Mr. Stout is the owner of J. Nathan Stout, CPA, PA, the leading CPA firm in Lehigh Acres. He is active with several community organizations including Lehigh Regional Medical Center where he is the current Board Chairman. He is a past president of the Lehigh Acres Chamber of Commerce and Rotary Club of Lehigh Acres. Mr. Stout is a past director of United Way. For the past eight years, he has been an elected commissioner of the East County Water Control District and served as Chairman. Mr. Stout’s community service extends to numerous regional task forces such as Lee Memorial Hospital Trauma Center Task Force, Florida Power and Light Transmission Line Committee, and the LCEC Utility Nominating Committee, which he chaired for many years. Mr. Stout is a native of Lee County, Florida who has lived in Lehigh Acres since 1979.
